Foundations For Acne-Prone Skin

Hi there! My name is Sandy Esprit and I’m a digital content who just happens to love make-up, skin care and hair care. As you can guess from the title of this post I’ll be sharing some of my favourite liquid foundations.

But first, some background.

As a Black woman, I struggled to find affordable liquid foundations that not only fit my shade but also didn’t break me out. You see, I have combination acne prone skin and in the past I couldn’t wear make up without the expected visit from the unwanted pimples and their relatives. Of course, I’m referring to clogged pores, blackheads, white heads…etc.

Thank goodness that most cosmetic companies understand that melanin is not to be feared or ignored but is to be celebrated and embraced.

Full disclosure: There are affiliate links in this post. If you choose to click and make a purchase through these links, I will get a small commission which will help me continue to build this platform. In some cases, you may even save some money. It’s a win for us both. As always, I appreciate your support.

Let’s get on with this list.

All of these foundations can be purchase right here

These are another set of foundations that are good but note that Lancome Teint Miracle is discontinued and is no longer available for purchase.
