This week, I had the absolute pleasure of visiting the newly renovated Knix store at the Rideau Centre Mall in Ottawa, and I’m still thinking about it. First, I want to extend a huge thank you to Knix for hosting me—from the warm welcome to the personalized experience, it was clear this wasn’t just a shopping trip—it was an experience.

The first thing I noticed when I stepped into the new space? How bright, clean, and beautifully laid out everything is. The renovation has completely elevated the in-store experience. It’s not just about the aesthetics (although yes, it’s Instagram-worthy); it’s also about the functionality. Everything is where it should be.
