What are you spending your time doing? I'll be the first to admit that I get serious FOMO when I'm on this app. "I'm THAT girl!" Felt like getting some things off of my chest. In January I've been journaling consistently as my future self. It's completely changed the way I go about my day. I always thought of myself as a sensible and logical person but I still held on to fear like some weird frenemy. This long weekend started off a day early and it was very much needed. Here are some things I learned: My family and I were invited to the Canadian Premiere of @disneystudioscanada The Little Mermaid courtesy of @sheamoistureca 🧜🏾‍♀️. What an experience it was! The older the less care I have to give when it comes to my mental health and my peace. These days I'm heavily invested into my self care. It's so important to me that I'm healthy enough to show up for my family. Yesterday, after a day of cleaning and laundry my family went out to the Tulip Festival. The last time we went I was pregnant with my second born.
