Dippity-Do Girls With Curls Curl Conditioner Review

Ever since Wal-Mart started carrying curl friendly hair care, I’ve been super excited to try them all. I mean who doesn’t love Wal-Mart, right? I knew the prices would be affordable and that would make it easy to fit into my budget.

For those of you who’ve been following me, you know that hair care is one of my most passionate subjects. I most definitely owe this to my daughter. Ever since she was born I made a conscious effort to be careful as to what I would spend my money on when it comes to hair care.

So recently, I was in a bind and decided to try a new product. I decided to get the Dippity-Do Girls With Curls Curl Conditioner. It promises to soften curls, help to seal split ends, strengthen damaged or frizz prone hair, soften curls as well as it’s for all types of curly hair. So I was pretty excited. I have curly hair with different curl types all throughout my hair (thanks to my previous pregnancy and getting older). I have type 4a/4b curls so I definitely need a conditioner to take care of all my curls.

Here are my thoughts.

This conditioner is packaged wonderfully. I love the pink bottle with the cursive wirting. I find that it has this femininity to it, that just appeals to me. I love the pump. It’s so much easier to work with a pump than without.20190226_114628-02121305572.jpeg

The conditioner is creamy and smells great. It has this opaque, white colour to it. It applies easily on the hair and the slip is AMAZING! I love how quickly I could run my hands through my hair without having to struggle or fight just to have my hand back from my hair. It’s also amazingly cheap. It only cost $6.97, I mean you can’t beat a price like that for a curl conditioner.

The only con that I have is the amount of pumps I needed to get this all over my hair. Every section required at least two pumps to get the product to do what I needed to do. At this rate I know that this conditioner may not last as long as I would like. Therefore, in the long run, it seems like it would be costly then cost efficient.

Have you tried the Dippity-Do Girls With Curls Curl Conditioner? How did you like it?
