Overall, the Joico Defy Damage Detox Shampoo and Mask were clear winners for me. The conditioner was too light for my curls, and the 7 Seconds Bond in a Flash is still up for debate—but it does seem to get better with time. If you have curly or textured hair and need products that truly hydrate and strengthen, I’d recommend picking up the shampoo and mask first!
